Karachi: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has set up a public complaint cell, which will function round-the-clock, at the party’s public secretariat in Khursheed Begum Memorial Hall, Azizabad.Elected members of the MQM will receive complaints on telephone, e-mail and fax and try to resolve basic problems of the people within the shortest possible time.This was announced by MQM Coordination Committee Deputy Convener Dr Farooq Sattar while addressing a press briefing at Khursheed Memorial Hall on Saturday.This service will be gradually expanded and the MQM will try to get a UAN number and increase the number of telephones, he added. Complaints can be lodged at 021-3632-99-00 and 021-3631-36-90, via e-mail at complaints@mqmpakistan.org, and fax (021-3680-83-87).
